Questions
A wallet that received points or a reward during the calendar month, counted once across all your programs. Wallets that only sit on your leaderboard without new activity are not counted.
Nothing breaks for your users: points, triggers, leaderboards and claims keep running. You are warned at 80% and 100%, and creating new campaigns or triggers is paused until you upgrade or the month ends. We never charge overages.
No. Rewards are sent from your own wallet, on-chain, and you pay the network fees directly. Our price is the plan, nothing else.
Plans are paid by card in euros or US dollars. For yearly Enterprise contracts, contact us and we will find a way.
Yes, from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you are back on Free. Your data is never deleted.
Prices exclude VAT. French customers pay 20% VAT. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are billed without VAT (reverse charge), and customers outside the EU are not charged VAT.
